Service Booking & Appointments

Service Confirmation: All car wash appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email within 2 hours.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods.

Age Requirement: Primary customers must be 18 years or older to book a service.

Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information during the booking process.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation: Cancel up to 4 hours before service time for a full refund

Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 4 hours are subject to a 50% service charge

No-Show: Full service amount will be charged for no-shows

Weather/Emergency: Services may be rescheduled for severe weather or emergency situations

Processing Time: Refunds typically process within 3-5 business days

Service Scheduling & Access

Service Windows: Standard services available 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Location Access: Customer must provide safe, accessible location for mobile service.

Service Tracking: Real-time updates will be sent via email or text before washer arrival.

Customer Presence: Customer or authorized representative must be present for key exchange and service approval.

Vehicle & Service Guidelines

Vehicle Condition: Vehicles must be in safe, accessible condition for cleaning services

Valuables: Please remove all valuables from vehicle before service

Damage Policy: Pre-existing damage should be noted before service begins

Water Access: Customer must provide access to water source when required

Service Quality: Professional washers are fully insured and background-checked

Amenities & Services

Pool & Fitness: Use of pool and fitness facilities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

Wi-Fi: Complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi is provided. Use must comply with acceptable use policies.

Housekeeping: Fresh linens and towels provided. Extended stays may include mid-stay cleaning.

Concierge: 24/7 concierge service available for recommendations and assistance.

Liability & Damages

Service Damage: Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear

Personal Belongings: RideSlick is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for services provided by third-party vendors or activities

Force Majeure: RideSlick is not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Privacy & Data Use

Security Monitoring: Services may have security cameras in common areas for safety purposes

Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy

Marketing: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time

Dispute Resolution

Communication First: We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues during your stay

Formal Complaints: Written complaints should be submitted within 30 days of your stay

Mediation: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California
